You will be thanking me for the extra time I saved you to enjoy your next favorite read!

Mr. All Wrong is a standalone book about a man and woman meeting, and fighting for a relationship again and again when life throws multiple curveballs at them that might have otherwise kept them apart. It was a quick read that I thoroughly enjoyed for its inventiveness and unique love story. It packs quiet a few punches that I haven’t seen often in romance novels and also contains the sizzle that I personally look for in the books I read. Not everyone needs sexy times, and I like a variety of genres. However, I felt like if you are writing Romance, you have to be able to write some heat between your hero and heroine. R.C. Stephen’s definitely wrote this beautifully…she also wrote in duel perspectives. I love when authors do this because I feel like it creates a connection between the reader and the hero or heroine.

Mr. All Wrong introduces us to Colton Mathis…My current favorite book boyfriend! He is the man we all want. Successful in his career – currently as the Governor of the state of Illinois. He is dreamy with blue eyes that put ocean’s to shame and as if that wasn’t enough, R.C. Stephens threw in a sleeve of tattoos. His heart of gold is at odds with his bad boy in expensive suites physique. I mean, can she honestly have nailed down a hotter specimen for us to dream over? But she does! Wait for her plot twist when Colton gains Evie’s trust bit by bit and she starts sharing her secrets with him! They had me absolutely riveted and I was utterly in-love with him after their first date!!!

Other then Colton, I found many things about this book that I loved. R.C. Stephens writing was unique and I honestly felt like this story had never been told before…The Bad Boy with the Heart of Gold has been done, I am not saying it hasn’t…But Colton Mathis has not. Evie Harper has not. Evie was a unique beauty to her that she doesn’t see for what it’s worth. Her inner beauty supersedes what the world sees. I have to say, I loved her fiery red-head spunk. I loved that the first time Colton see’s Evie, its because she hits him in the face with a pie…and that during their first dance she calls him a schmuck and walks off. I loved that this fairytale’s “Cinderella” (as R.C. Stephen’s refers to Evie) is anything but predictable. The two form a relationship without words and yet, it’s far deeper then what many others ever experience in real life. The issues at large in the story revolve around real life experiences: trust issues, abandonment, self-worth and self-esteem…and others that I won’t name because I refuse to give away what makes this story so unique and beautiful.

Several lines in the story grabbed my attention from the get-go and stuck with me long into the night. Instead of quoting multiple lines throughout the book, I wanted to add this short except from the story because I loved it…just LOVED IT! “…she seemed simple and down to earth, besides the fact that she had a spicy personality and told little white lies when she got nervous… I don’t remember the last time a woman had such an effect on me. I’m still envisioning those hot as he** heels she wore…which had me thinking all kinds of dirty thoughts. Problem is it’s not only her looks that have me so wound up. I’m also intrigued by what will come out of her unfiltered mouth next. She isn’t afraid to say what’s on her mind and she doesn’t give a sh*t that I’m governor.” Right at this very moment I was hooked! I am sure the story will hold multiple lures for different readers but for some reason this was the first time I was really pulled into the story…after this, the investment…the desire on my behalf to know where R.C. Stephen’s was talking me keep coming…and coming…and coming.

As I stated above…buy this book. Read it and fall in-love yourself.
